Rita Carmen West, 87, of Marshall, passed away Monday, February 13, 2023, at Clinton Gardens surrounded by her family.

Funeral services were held Saturday, February 18 at Gooch Funeral Home, Rockville, with Pastor Gene Walls officiating. Burial followed at Union Chapel Cemetery, Morton.
