New Program Launched
The Parke County Health Department is excited to announce the launch of a new program aimed at promoting early detection of preventable health conditions through free health screenings. The initiative made possible through Health First Indiana funding seeks the participation of local businesses, organizations, and employers to offer these screenings to employees and their families.
Health screenings provided through this initiative will be provided on site at local businesses and organizations and will include blood pressure checks, cholesterol levels, blood glucose levels, and other essential health measures. By identifying potential health issues early, we can take proactive steps to improve the well-being of our community and reduce the incidence of serious health problems.
