NOTICE OF SUIT

To the defendants named below herein, and any other person who may be concerned. You are notified that you have been sued in the Court named above.

The nature of the suit is the Complaint to Quiet Title upon the property located in Parke County at 36 S. Main, Marshall, Indiana to wit:

Commencing 5 rods, 13 feet and 5 inches South and 13 rods, 8 feet and 8 inches West of the Northeast corner of said quarter section: thence South 24 feet and 6 inches; thence East 24 feet; thence South 6 rods, 4 feet and 9 ½ inches; thence West 8 rods; thence North 7 rods, 12 feet and 9 ½ inches; thence East 6 rods and 9 feet to the place of beginning. Subject to all highways, rights or way and easements.

 

ALSO:

Part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 9, Township 16 North, Range 7 West, Parke County, Indiana, described as follows, to-wit:

 

Commencing 7 rods, 2 feet and 11 inches South and 15 feet West of a parallel line from the Northeast corner of said quarter section; thence West 11 rods, 2 feet and 8 inches; thence South 7 rods, 2 feet and 11 inches; thence East 1 rods, 2 feet and 8 inches; thence North 7 rods, 2 feet and 11 inches to the point of beginning. Subject to all highways, rights of way and easements.

 

EXCEPT:

Twenty-six (26) feet fill length off the North side thereof.

 

ALSO EXCEPT:

Part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 9, Township 16 North, Range 7 West, Parke County, indiana and described as follows:

 

Beginning 5 rods, 13 feet and 5 inches (95.92 feet) South and 13 rods, 8 feet and 8 inches (223.16 feet) west of the Northeast corner of said quarter section and running thence South 24.5 feet; thence East 24.0 feet; thence South 42.0 feet; thence West 8 rods (132 feet); thence North 66.5 feet; thence East 6 rods, 9 feet (108 feet to the place of beginning.)

This summons by publication is specifically directed to the following defendants who may claim some interest in the Real Estate and whose whereabouts are not known with certainty:

Parke County, IN Commissioners

Mary Irene Hodge

And any other persons claiming an

interest in the real estate

described herein

You must respond to this summons by publication, by you or your attorney, on or before thirty (30) days after the Third Notice of suit has been published. If you fail to do so, a default judgment may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
