Duke Energy – Notice of Intent

Duke Energy (1000 East Main Street, Indiana 46168) is submitting a Notice of Intent (NOI) letter to notify the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements under  the  Construction  Stormwater  General  Permit  to  discharge  storm  water  from  construction activities for the following project: Circuit 13846 GLT Structure Replacement; The project consists of replacing various structures in Montgomery, Parke, and Vigo County, Indiana. Run-off from the project site will sheet flow to adjacent surface waterways that discharge to Sugar Creek, which drains into the Wabash River and ultimately drain to the Ohio River.
