CONDITIONAL SALE OF REAL
ESTATE BY THE PARKE COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of Parke County, Indiana will receive bids for the conditional purchase of a certain parcels of real estate located in Parke County, Indiana. The sale of the subject parcels is conditioned upon the Board of Commissioners of Parke County accepting said bid for purchase. The Board of Commissioners shall convey its rights, title, and interest in the subject real estate to the successful bidder by quit-claim deed. The Board of Commissioners make no warranties or representations with respect to the subject real estate or title to the same. The subject real estate are Parcel Numbers 61-15-34-000-452.000-011 Brief Legal Description 017-02000-20 PT NE1/4 SE1/4 34-14-7 .60 acres and respectively 61-15-34-000-454.00-011 Brief Legal Description 017-02000-11 PT SE1/4 34-14-7 .50 acres. Both parcels are undeveloped parcels in Raccoon Township.
The Board of Commissioners have established ($1,000) one thousand dollars as the minimum bid for 61-15-34-000-452.000.011 and ($800) eight hundred dollars as the minimum bid for 61-15-34-000-454.000-011 and reserves the right to reject any and all bids for either particular parcel of real estate. A bid submitted by a trust (as identified in I.C. 30-4-1-1(a) must identify each beneficiary of the trust and settlor empowered to revoke or modify the trust.
The Board of Commissioners will open and consider offers to purchase the property at a meeting to be held on Monday October 5, 2020 at 4 p.m. eastern time, at the Parke County Emergency Management Building located at 110 E. High Street Rockville, IN 47872. Offers to purchase may be delivered, in writing, to the Board of Commissioners at any time prior to the meeting by mail to 116 W.
