NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Ralph E. Thompson II, has filed with the Parke County Plan Commission Office of Parke County, Indiana a petition to vacate an undeveloped cul-de-sac on Willow Drive in Raccoon Lake Estates Subdivision, Union Township, Parke County Indiana. The cul-de-sac sought to be vacated is unimproved and of no public use. NOTICE is further given that on the 26th day of March, 2020 at 5:00 p.m., the Parke County Plan Commission will meet at the Parke County Extension Office, 1472 N. US 41, Rockville, Indiana for the purpose of hearing and considering said Petition and any remonstrance filed or presented by persons interested in or affected by said proposed vacation. NOTICE is further given that upon passage by the Planning Commission, the Parke County Board of Commissioners will meet on the 6th day of April, 2020 at 4:00 p.m. at the Parke County Emergency Operations Center, 110 E. High St., Rockville, Indiana, for the purpose of hearing and passage of an ordinance vacating said unimproved cul-de-sac. These meetings may be continued as found to be necessary.
