Clarence Edwin Norman, 83, of Newport, passed away at 4:35 a.m., Friday, February 21, 2020, at his residence.

Graveside services and burial with honors were held Tuesday, February 25, at Oakland Cemetery Chapel in Montezuma. DeVerter Funeral Home in Cayuga assited with arrangements.
