ORDINANCE 2019-02
Be it ordained by the Town Council of the Town of Rockville, Indiana, that upon passage of this ordinance, due publication of this notice as required by I.C. 5-3-1 that:
That Shadeland Avenue in the Town of Rockville, Indiana shall be henceforth a one way street withtraffic proceeding southboud between the intersections of Shadeland Avenue with Howard Avenue to the intersection of Shadeland Avenue with York Street.
Violators of this ordinance may be charged with a class C infraction with fines imposed up to $500

Unianimous consent of Town Council members present on October 21, 2019 to consider the ordinance on same date as introduced.
