NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE

By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Circuit Court of Parke County, Indiana, in Cause No. 61C01-1812-MF-000538 wherein First Financial Bank, NA, Successor-in-Interest by Acquisition to First Citizens State Bank was Plaintiff, and Robert G. Mellon, Jr.; United States of America acting through the Rural Housing Service or Successor Agency, United States Department of Agriculture; Parke Clinic; and Credit Acceptance Corporation, were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on November 21, 2019, at the hour of 1:30 p.m or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 458 West Strawberry Road, Rockville, IN  47872, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Parke County, Indiana.

Lot numbered three (3) in Cornthwaite’s Addition to the Town of Rockville, Parke County, Indiana as per plat dated March 9, 1857 and recorded March 9, 1857 in Plat Book 1, Page 7 in the Office of the Recorder of Parke County, Indiana.

More commonly known as: 502 N. Virginia Street, Rockville, Indiana 47872-1440

Together with rents, issues, income, and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
