BARCLAY; and BRENDA SUE BISHOP; and ALL HEIRS, ASSIGNS, BENEFICIARIES, UNKNOWN SPOUSES, or UNKNOWN CHILDREN OF BRENDA SUE BISHOP; and ALL PERSONS WHO CLAIM TO HAVE AN INTEREST IN THE REAL ESTATE THEIR UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES ASSIGNS and/or SUCCESSORS IN INTEREST and ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN ADVERSE PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE REAL ESTATE WHICH IS THE SUBJECT OF THIS ACTION; and AS AGAINST THE WHOE WORLD.

The State of Indiana to the Defendants above named, and any other person who may be concerned. The nature of the notice is to QUIET TITLE THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED REAL ESTATE to

That part of Lot Number Seventy-Two (72) in the Original Plat of the Town of Newport, Indiana, which lies between two (2) certain lines crossing the aforesaid lot from North to South, one of said lines being situated forty (40) feet west of the east boundary line of said

lot and the other one of said lines being situated eighty (80) feet west of the east boundary of

said lot.

20 feet of even and equal width off the entire East end of Lot 72 in the Original Plat of the Town 9fNewport,  Vermillion County, Indiana. Beginning at a point 20 fet West of the Northeast comer of Lot 72 in the Original Plat of the Town of Newport, thence South 66 feet, thence West 20 feet, thence North 66 feet, thence East 20 feet to the place of beginning.

This notice by publication is specifically directed to the following named defendants whose addresses are unknown and/or defendants who are deceased:

 

JACK R. BARCLAY AND BRENDA SUE BISHOP

 

The unknown husbands. wives. widows. widowers. children. heirs. devisees. successors. assigns.    beneficiaries and all persons claiming any right title or interest in or to the within described real estate by, through or under them or any person or entitv, the names of all whom are unknown and as against the whole world.

 

In addition to the above-named  Defendants being served by this summons there may be other defendants who have an interest in this notice. If you have a claim for relief against the plaintiff arising from the same transaction or occurrence, you must assert it in your written answer. You must respond to this summons by publication, by you or your attorney, on or before thirty (30) days after the Third Notice of suit has been published. If you fail to do so, a default judgment will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
