Robert E. Penn, 76, of Coloma, passed away at 12:46 a.m., Sunday, September 22, 2019, at Union Hospital in Terre Haute.

Visitation will be held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, September 28 at Independent Baptist Church. Services will begin at 1 p.m. with Reverend Keith McIntyre officiating.
