NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE
By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Parke County, Indiana, in Cause No. 61C01-1802-MF-000072 wherein Fifth Third Mortgage Company was Plaintiff, and Stevie R. Crowder, AKA Stevie Crowder was the Defendant, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 18th day of July, 2019, at the hour of 1:30PM or as soon thereafter as is possible, at Sheriff’s Office at 458 West Strawberry Road, Rockville, IN 47872, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Parke County, Indiana.
Lots Numbered Seventeen (17) and Nineteen (19) in Barnes’ Addition to the Town of Jessup, Parke County, Indiana, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 1, page 235 in the Office of the Parke County Recorder.
Including that manufactured home more specifically described as a 1997 Multi Wide, Serial No. WD400701, Four Seasons Housing, Model No. WD16.

Together with rents, issues, income, and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
