NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Pursuant to Indiana Code 36-1-11-3, the Board of School Trustees of the Southwest Parke Community School Corporation (the “School Corporation”) gives notice that on Wednesday, June 12, 2019, at 7 p.m., it will meet in public session at the district office building, 4851 South Coxville Road, Montezuma, Indiana 47862, to discuss and hear objections and support regarding the proposed sale of an easement more particularly described as follows: A fifteen (15) foot wide strip of land, being seven and one-half (7.5) feet on either side of the centerline of the existing driveway located on the School Corporation’s property. You are invited to attend and participate in the public hearing.
