Willard “Bud” L. Vicars

Willard “Bud” L. Vicars, 94, of Edinburgh, Texas, passed away Sunday, December 16, 2018, at The Bridges at Edinburgh Assisted Living, Edinburgh, Texas. Born in August, 1924 in Terre Haute, he was the son of Charles Leroy and Bessie (Black) Vicars. His wife, Mary Ann Knight, preceded him in death July 24, 2003. Graveside services in honor of his life will be held Saturday, December 29 at 11 a.m. at Bethesda Memorial Park in West Terre Haute, arranged by Fitzpatrick Funeral Home with Pastor Jack Hopkins officiating. Burial will be at the Bethesda Cemetery. A Celebration of Life will be held at Sacred Heart of Jesus Parish, 2322 N. 13 1/2 St., Terre Haute, immediately following the graveside services on December 29.
