NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE
By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Circuit Court of Parke County, Indiana, in Cause No. 61C01-1805-MF-000225 wherein Fifth Third Mortgage Company was Plaintiff, and, The Unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, beneficiaries of Gina Sharps, AKA Gina M. Sharps and their unknown creditors; and, the unknown executor, administrator, or personal representative of the Estate of Gina Sharps AKA Gina M. Sharps, Unknown Occupants and Anna Sharps, as Possible Heir to the Estate of Gina Sharps AKA Gina M. Sharps were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 7th day of January, 2019, at the hour of 1:30 PM or as soon thereafter as is possible, at Sheriff’s Office at 458 West Strawberry Road, Rockville, IN 47872, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Parke County, Indiana. Lot Number Ten (10) and the North Half of Lot Number Eleven (11) in Sunnyside Meadows, a subdivision in the Town of Rosedale, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 2, page 41, in the Office of the Recorder of Parke County, Indiana.
