By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Parke County, Indiana, in Cause No. 61C01-1301-MF-000037 wherein The Bank Of New York Mellon Fka The Bank Of New York As Trustee For The Certificateholders Of The CWABS, INC., Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2005-6 was Plaintiff, and Mark Wallen, et al., were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 20 day of September, 2018, at the hour of 1:30 pm or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 458 West Strawberry Road, Rockville, IN 47872, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Parke County, Indiana.
