NOTICE OF SHERIFF SALE

By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Circuit Court of Parke County, Indiana in Cause No. 61C01-1802-MF-000085 wherein Fifth Third Mortgage Company was Plaintiff and Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Representatives, Devisees and Beneficiaries of Randy G. Wilson were defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 20TH day of September, 2018, at the hour of 1:30PM or as soon thereafter as possible, at 458 W. Strawberry Rd., Rockville, IN 47872, , the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Parke County, Indiana.

 

PART OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION SIX (6), TOWNSHIP FIFTEEN (15) NORTH, RANGE SEVEN (7) WEST, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS, TO WIT:

COMMENCE ON THE LINE DIVIDING SAID QUARTER SECTION INTO EAST AND WEST HALVES AT A POINT WHICH IS NINE AND NINETY HUNDREDTHS (9.90) CHAINS SOUTH OF THE CENTER OF SAID QUARTER SECTION, THE SAME BEING THE NORTHWEST COMER OF HOMER BARTLEY’S LOT; THENCE EAST NINE (9) RODS, MORE OR LESS, TO THE CENTER OF THE MARSHALL ROAD (FORMERLY KNOWN AS NARROWS OF SUGAR CREEK ROAD); THENCE IN THE NOTRHEASTERLY DIRECTION ALONG THE CENTER OF SAID ROAD ONE HUNDRED (100) FEET; THENCE WEST ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY-EIGHT (188) FEET, MORE OR LESS, TO THE LINE DIVIDING SAID QUARTER INTO EAST AND WEST HALVES; THENCE SOUTH TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, A DISTANCE OF NINETY (90) FEET AT THE NORTHWEST COMER OF THE HOMER BARTLEY LOT.

Together with rents, issues, income, and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from voluation or appraisement laws.
