The Vermillion Circuit Court has set a hearing scheduled in the Vermillion Circuit Court on the 8th day of July, 2025, at 2:00 p.m.
The purpose for this hearing is to determine ownership of tax sale surplus in the amount of $12,797.38 from the sale of property you owned in Vermillion County.
Jeremy J. Mason is claiming ownership of said tax sale surplus. You must attend the hearing or file an appropriate response in this matter on or before the hearing date.
