Legal Notice – Parke County, Town of Marshall, IDEM, Regional Sewer District
NOTICE
You are hereby notified that the Town of Marshall has petitioned the Commissioner of the Indiana Department of Environmental Management (IDEM) for an order establishing a Regional Sewer District to be known as the Northern Parke Regional Sewer District (RSD).
A public hearing will be held on November 7th, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. (local time), in the 4-H Community Building at the Parke County Fairgrounds, 1472 N US Highway 41, Rockville, IN 47872, to receive public comments on said Petition. An informational session with the Petitioners will be held at the above address at 5:00 p.m. preceding the hearing. IDEM will accept written comments on the petition until November 21, 2024, at the following address:
