TO THE OWNERS OF THE WITHIN DESCRIBED REAL ESTATE AND ALL INTERESTED PARTIES

 

NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE

 

By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Vermillion County, Indiana, in Cause No. 83C01-1809-MF-000025 wherein Ocwen Loan Servicing, LLC was Plaintiff, and Mica Leigh Holland, AKA Mica L. Holland, AKA Mica Holland, Bryan Holland, Wilmington Finance, a division of AIG Federal Savings Bank and Creve Coeur Mortgage Associates, Inc. were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public online sale to the highest bidder on the 19th day of September, 2024, at the hour of 10:00AM with a closing time of 11:00AM, or as soon thereafter as is possible, at www.zeusauction.com, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Vermillion County, Indiana.

Lots One (1) and Two (2) in Laura Belle Hiddle’s Addition to the Town of St. Bernice, Vermillion County, Indiana.

Together with rents, issues, income, and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
