Gracelynn Renee Hoffman, of Clinton, was stillborn Friday, June 21, 2024, at Union Hospital in Terre Haute.

Survivors include her parents, Jacob Hoffman and Tia Norman; siblings, Izabella Staggs, Colton Johnson, Logan Johnson, Hunter Johnson, Aveah Johnson, Shiloh Hoffman; and maternal grandparents, Kim Norman and Alfred Norman.

She was preceded in death by her paternal grandmother, Teresa Hoffman.
