ORDINANCE 2026-05

 

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SEWER RATE CHARGES

 

Whereas, the Town of Rockville is desirous of amending a certain ordinance entitled “Establishing Rates and Charges for Use of and Services rendered by the Town of Rockville, Indiana,” said Ordinance being Ordinance No. 2017-1.

NOTW THEREFORE IT IS ORDAINED by the Town Council of Rockville, Indiana, that upon passage of this ordinance, due publication of this notice is required by I.C. 5-3-1 that:

  1. Schedule 1 and 2 of said ordinance entitled: An Ordinance Establishing Rates and Charges for Use of and Services Rendered by the Town of Rockville, Indiana, shall be amended as follows:
  2. That the sewer customer charge of $14.56 shall be increased to $29.56 per account.
  3. That this Ordinance shall become effective July 1, 2026.
