Notice of Public Hearing

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given, that the Parke County Area Planning Commission shall hold a public hearing on Special Exception Application filed by APC Towers IV, LLC requesting Approval to allow for the construction of a guyed communications tower for the following described real estate, to-wit:

Parcel Number:  61-10-31-000-106.000-016

Address:  5575 W 400 S, Montezuma, IN 47862

Located on the south side of CR 400 S, +/-1.2 miles West of Coxville Rd.          

 

This hearing will be held at the regular meeting of the Parke County Plan Commission on Thursday, April 23, 2026 at 5PM.  The Board of Zoning Appeals will then hear the matter at their meeting immediately at 5:30 PM.  Both meetings will be held at the 4-H Extension Office Meeting Room, 1472 N. US 41, Rockville, IN 47872.  All interested persons are invited to attend and be heard.  Written comments will be considered if they are received in the office of the Parke County Area Planning, Zoning and Building Commission located at 116 West High Street, Room 105, Rockville, IN 47872 no later than 12:00 Noon on the day of the hearing. A copy of the proposal is on file in the office of Parke County Area Planning, Zoning and Building Commission for examination before the hearing.
