RESTRICTED PARKING ON CERTAIN PORTIONS OF WASTE WATER STREET

WHEREAS, the Town has determined it is necessary to amend certain ordinances concerning parking along certain portions of Water Street due to increased traffic.

 

BE IT, THEREFORE, ORDAINED as follows:

 

  1. Schedule B of the Montezuma Municipal Code Section 4-5-2 is amended as set forth below:

  1. Except as amended herein, all other subsections of MMC 8-1-2 shall remain in full force and effect.

 

Adopted on initial reading the 29th day of January, 2026, after unanimous consent of the members present to suspend the rules and adopt on first reading.
