TO THE OWNERS OF THE WITHIN DESCRIBED REAL ESTATE AND ALL INTERESTED PARTIES

NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE

 

By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Circuit Court of  Vermillion County, Indiana, in Cause No. 83C01-2506-MF-000012 wherein Clate Sanquenetti and Tammy Renee Sanquenetti  was Plaintiff, and  Jason Wesley Cox, was the Defendant, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 19TH day of March, 2026, at the hour of 10:00 a.m. at www.zeusauction.com, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in VermillionCounty, Indiana.

 

Lots Numbered 85, 86, 87, 88, 89, 90 and 130 in Blanford-Meyer Addition to the Town of Jacksonville, Vermillion County, Indiana.

Except: Ten (10) feet of even width off the South side of said Lot 90.
