The State of Indiana to the Defendant(s) above named, and any other person who may be concerned.

You are hereby notified that you have been sued in the Court above named.

The nature of the suit against you is:

 

Complaint on Note and to Foreclose Mortgage on Real Estate

Against the property commonly known as 11448 S State Road 71, Clinton, IN 47842 and described as follows:

THE FOLLOWING REAL ESTATE IN VERMILLION COUNTY IN THE STATE OF INDIANA, TO-WIT:THE NORTH HALF OF LOT TWO (2), LOTS THREE (3) AND FOUR (4), AND THE SOUTH HALF OF LOT FIVE (5) IN ST. BERNICE SECOND ADDITION, TO THE TOWN OF ST. BERNICE, VERMILLION COUNTY, INDIANA.BEING THE SAME PREMISES THAT WAS CONVEYED UNTO JOHN ODELL DODSON, JR. BY WARRANTY DEED FROM BETTY A. DODSON, ADULT, DATED MAY 23rd, 2005 AND RECORDED MAY 25th, 2005 AT DEED BOOK INSTRUMENT NUMBER #200501485 IN THE RECORDS OF THE VERMILLION COUNTY RECORDER’S OFFICE,STATE OF INDIANA. This summons by publication is specifically directed to the following named defendant(s): The Unknown Occupant

 

This summons by publication is specifically directed to the following named defendant(s) whose whereabouts are unknown: The Unknown Heirs and Devisees of Mary S. Dodson, Deceased and The Unknown Heirs and Devisees of John Odell Dodson Jr., Deceased

 

If you have a claim for relief against the plaintiff arising from the same transaction or occurrence, you must assert it in your written answer or response.

You must answer the Complaint in writing, by you or your attorney, within thirty (30) days after the Third Notice of Suit, and if you fail to do so a judgment by default may be entered against you for the relief demanded, by the Plaintiff.
