By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me, directed from the Clerk of the Circuit Court Of Parke County Court of Parke, Indiana, in Cause No.: 61C01-2505-MF-000167, wherein CARRINGTON MORTGAGE SERVICES, LLC was Plaintiff, and Brandon C. Norton was Defendant, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree, with interest and costs.
