LEGAL NOTICE
I, Daniel King of Sunshine Country Sales, LLC will petition the Parke County Board of Zoning Appeals for a special exception on property located at: 2375 S. Piatsville Road, Rockville, IN 47872. The property is situated in Adams Township, Section 24 Range 7, Parke County, IN. The property is currently zoned AP-Agriculture Productive. The special exception would allow for a retail fabric store. The Parke County Plan Commission will review the petition at their regularly scheduled meeting on Thursday, October 23rd, 2025 at 5 PM at the Parke County 4-H extension office located at 1472 N. US 41, Rockville, IN 47872. The Parke County Board of Zoning Appeals will then hear the petition at their regularly scheduled meeting on the same day at the same location at 5:30. A copy of the application will be kept in the Parke County Plan Commission office, room 105 of the Parke County Courthouse. Written objections may be filed with the Planning and Zoning Administrator, Beth Martin, 116 W. High St., Room 105, Rockville, IN 47872. Oral objections will be heard on October 23rd, 2025 and the hearing maybe continued as found to be necessary.
