NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE
By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Circuit Court of Parke County, Indiana, in Cause No. 61C01-2406-MF-000272 wherein Fifth Third Bank N.A. was Plaintiff, and Joshua J. Hubble a/k/a Joshua Hubble, was Defendant, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 18th day of September, 2025, at the hour of 1:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 458 Strawberry Road, Rockville, IN 47872, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Parke County, Indiana.
A part of the Southeast quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section 33, Township 14 North, Range 6 West, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point 1,848 feet East of the Southwest comer of the Southwest quarter of Section 33, Township 14 North, Range 6 West; thence East 264 feet; thence North 536.25 feet; thence South 46 degrees 50 minutes 51 seconds West 361.87 feet; thence South 288.75 feet to the point of beginning, containing 2. 5 acres, more or less.
