David E. Milner, 89, of Carbon, passed away Saturday, July 5, 2025, following an extended illness.

Born February 26, 1936, in Parke County, he was the son of Anson R. and Mary L. (Mitchell) Milner. His wife, Dorothy (Smith) Milner, whom he married May 27, 1955, survives.
