NOTICE OF SUIT
The State of Indiana to the Defendants above named, and any other person who may be concerned: You are notified that you have been sued in the Court above named. The nature of the suit against you is a Complaint on Note and for Foreclosure of Mortgage on the following described real estate:
The following described real estate in Parke County in the State of Indiana, to wit: Block Number Seven (7) in Crooks Addition to the Town of Bridgeton, Parke County, Indiana. Block Number Eight (8) in Crooks Addition to the Town of Bridgeton, Parke County, Indiana. A strip of land one hundred (100) feet wide being fifty (50) feet on each side of the center line of the main tract as formerly maintained between Webster Street and Miller Street in the Town of Bridgeton, appearing in the Plat Book of said Town of Bridgeton as railroad right-of-way, containing sixty-five hundredths (.65) of an acre, more or less, and being situate in the Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4) of the Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4) of Section Twenty-two (22), Township Fourteen (14) North, Range Seven (7) West.
And Commonly known as: 3199 E Webster St, Rosedale, IN 47874
This Summons by Publication is specifically directed to the following named Defendants whose whereabouts are known to me:
Secretary of Housing and Urban Development and Occupant(s) of 3199 E Webster St, Rosedale, IN 47874
This Summons by Publication is also specifically directed to the following named Defendants whose whereabouts are unknown to me:
The Unknown Heirs at Law of Debra G. Northcutt, Deceased and The Unknown Heirs at Law of Roger L. Northcutt, Deceased
In addition to the above named Defendants being served by this Summons, there may be other Defendants who have an interest in this lawsuit.
If you have a claim for relief against the Plaintiff arising from the same transaction or occurrence, you must assert it in your written answer.
