PUBLIC NOTICE CONDITIONAL SALE OF REAL ESTATE BY THE TOWN OF ROCKVILLE, INDIANA

 

Notice is hereby given that the Town of Rockville, Indiana will receive bids for the conditional purchase of a certain parcel of real estate located in the Town of Rockville, Indiana. The sale of the subject parcel is conditioned upon the Town of Rockville, Indiana accepting said bid for purchase.  The Town of Rockville, Indiana shall convey its rights, title, and interest in the subject real estate to the successful bidder by quit-claim deed. The Town of Rockville, Indiana makes no warranties or representations with respect to the subject real estate.

The subject real estate is located at 103 W. High Street, Rockville, Indiana 47872.

The Town of Rockville has established ($86,500) Eighty-Six thousand five hundred dollars as the minimum bid for the particular parcel and reserves the right to reject any and all bids for the particular parcel of real estate. A bid submitted by a trust (as identified in I.C. 30-4-1-1(a) must identify each beneficiary of the trust and settlor empowered to revoke or modify the trust.

 

The Town of Rockville will open and consider offers to purchase the property at a meeting to be held July 7, 2025 @ 5 p.m. at Rockville Town Hall 119 W. High Street.
