TO THE OWNERS OF THE WITHIN DESCRIBED REAL ESTATE AND ALL INTERESTED PARTIES:
NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE

By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Parke County, Indiana, in Cause No. 61C01-2311-MF-000395, wherein MCLP Asset Company, Inc. was plaintiff and David Charles Smith, Angela K. Smith, et. al., were the defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and costs, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 20 day of March, 2025, at the hour of 1:30pm or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 458 West Strawberry Road, Rockville, IN 47872, the fee simple of the whole body of real estate in Parke County, Indiana:

Part of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 23, Township 17 North, Range 7 West, beginning at the Southwest corner of the land now owned by the State Life Insurance Company in said Quarter Quarter section, thence North along said quarter quarter section, thence in an Easterly direction along the center of said highway 32 rods and 12 feet, thence South to the South line of said quarter quarter section; thence West to the place of beginning, containing 5.79 acres, more or less.

Together with rents, issues, income and profits thereof, said sale will be without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
