Legal Notice – Duke Energy, Stormwater Permit

Duke Energy (1000 E. Main St., Plainfield, IN 46168) is submitting a Notice of Intent to comply with the requirements of the Construction Stormwater General Permit in order to discharge stormwater from a project construction and land disturbing activity. This planned discharge is associated with the Duke Energy 6906 GLT Project located in unincorporated Parke and Vermillion Counties, Indiana. The starting point for the Project is 39.8178723, -87.4075823. The stormwater runoff from the Project will discharge via sheet flow to unnamed tributaries to Buck Creek, Feather Creek, Leatherwood Creek, Rocky Run, and Rock Run, as well as Little Raccoon Creek, Big Raccoon Creek, and the Wabash River, Stormwater from the Project will ultimately discharge to the Wabash River.
