A “Complaint to Quiet Title” on the real estate described herein, has been filed and is pending against you. Parcel No: 83-01-10-400-016.000-009, Legal Description: Commencing at the Southwest comer of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section ten (10), Township nineteen (19) North, Range nine (9) West; thence North eighty-eight (88) degrees thirty (30) minutes East along the South line of Section ten (10) a distance of one thousand eighty-two and seventy-five hundredths (1082.75) feet; thence North one (1) degree fifty (50) minutes East a distance of four hundred thirty-three (433) feet for a place of beginning; thence North one (1) degree fifty (50) minutes East a distance of one hundred sixteen and five tenths (116.5) feel; thence North eighty-eight degrees thirty (30) minutes East a distance of two hundred thirty-six and five tenths (236.5) feet, more or less, to the Westerly bank of the Wabash River; thence Southerly following the meanderings of said river a distance of one hundred sixteen and five tenths (116.5) feet; thence South eighty-eight (88) degrees thirty (30) minutes West a distance of two hundred thirty-six and five tenths (236.5) feet, more or less to the place of beginning. Said described tract contains 0.632 acres, more or less. Subject to an easement of sixteen and five tenths (16.5) feet wide, for a roadway off the South and West sides thereof. Said tract also known as Lot number Five (5) of the Dunlap Lots along the Wabash River, situated in Vermillion County, Indiana, More Commonly Known As: 14588 N 300 E, Covington, IN 47932.
You must answer the “Complaint to Quiet Title” in writing within Thirty (30) days after the third notice of publication of this suit, and if you fail to do so, judgment by default may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the “Complaint to Quiet Title.”
