TOWN OF ROCKVILLE, INDIANA ORDINANCE 2024 – 10

Be it ordained by the Town Council of the Town of Rockville, Indiana, that upon passage of this ordinance, due publication of this notice as required by I.C. 5-3-1 that:

1. The Mulberry Alley, in the Town of Rockville, Indiana shall henceforth be a one-way street with traffic to travel in an eastern direction only between the alley’s intersection with S. Market Street and the alley’s intersection with South Jefferson Street.
2. Violators of this ordinance shall be charged with a class C infraction, consistent with I.C. 9-21-8-9, with fines imposed up to $500.
