TO THE OWNERS OF THE WITHIN DESCRIBED REAL ESTATE AND ALL INTERESTED PARTIES
NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE
By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Parke County, Indiana, in Cause No. 61C01-2402-MF-000039 wherein MidFirst Bank was Plaintiff, and Michael A Peterson, , U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, Indiana Housing & Community Development Authority and The Unknown heirs devisees, legatees, beneficiaries of Rita Peterson, and their unknown creditors; and, the unknown executor, administrator, or personal representative of the estate of Rita Peterson were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder on the 19th day of September, 2024, at the hour of 1:30PM or as soon thereafter as is possible, at Sheriff’s Office at 458 West Strawberry Road, Rockville, IN 47872, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Parke County, Indiana.
Part of the North Half (N 1/2) of the Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4) of Section Four (4), Township Fifteen (15) North, Range Six (6) West, more particularly described as follows:
Commencing eight hundred (800) feet East of the Northwest corner of said Southwest Quarter for a place of beginning; running thence East with the highway on the North line of said Southwest quarter two hundred twenty (220) feet to a point; thence South two hundred forty-four (244) feet to a point; thence West two hundred twenty (220) feet to a point; thence North two hundred forty-four (244) feet to the section line and place of beginning, containing one (1) acre, more or less.
Including that manufactured home more specifically described as Serial Number: KYFL645A/B08358, HUD Cert. Number: PFS0963877 & PFS0963878, Model: Fleetwood, Cert. of Title No.: 07804024059 which has become affixed to and is taxed as real property commonly described as 8185 East 50 North, Rockville, Indiana, 47872.

Together with rents, issues, income, and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
