Property Sale

The Town of Rosedale is accepting sealed offers for the purchase of the following described personal property:

2005 Chevrolet 2500 Truck with 8 ft. Boss Snow Plow

Minimum Price: $5,000.00

 

Any party wishing to inspect the property may contact Natalie Montgomery at 765-548-2528 to arrange a time to view the item during regular business hours.  All items are being offered for sale AS IS, WITH NO WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.

 

Sealed offers for these items will be received by the Town until 6:30 p.m. on August 16, 2024. Late bids will not be accepted. The Town Board will open each timely offer received on August 16, 2024 at their meeting at the Rosedale Town Hall beginning at 7:00 p.m.

 

Persons interested in submitting an offer for items may submit a sealed written bid in-person to the Town of Rosedale Clerk-Treasurer, 52 Middle Street, Rosedale, IN 47874, or, by mailing the bid to P.O. Box 183, Rosedale, IN 47874.
