 ORDINANCE 5-2024-4

Common Council, City of Clinton, Indiana

 

AMENDING SECTIONS OF CHAPTER 73

OF THE CLINTON CODE OF ORDINANCES CONCERNING

ONE WA Y TRAFFIC

 

WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Clinton now desires to designate an alleyway as one way traffic only.

 

BE IT, THEREFORE, ORDAINED, by the Common Council of the City of Clinton as follows:

 

1. Schedule V (A), of Chapter 73 of the Code of Ordinances shall be amended to include the following:

Street	Direction	Between
Alleyway bound by 3rd Street on the East and 4th Street on the West, located between Blackman and Elm Streets	Westbound	3rd and 4th Street

 

2. 2. Except as amended herein, all provisions of Schedule V, of Chapter 73 of the

Code of Ordinances shall remain in full force and effect.

 

3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon its adoption and publication pursuant to Indiana law.

 

Passed on first reading this 21^st day of May, 2024. Adopted on second reading this 21^st day of May, 2024.
