Such property will be sold “As Is” with no guarantee as to the condition of the items. The bidder is responsible for inspecting the items and basing his/her bid on that inspection. Bids will be opened at 2:00PM on April 24, 2024 and the highest successful bidder will be notified. The successful bidder will be responsible for payment and loading/pick-up within 1 week after the bid date. Bid Forms are available on the NCP website or at 602 Howard Avenue Rockville IN.
The North Central Parke CSC reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, or any part thereof and to waive any technicalities in the bids and accept the bid deemed to be in the best interest of the school corporation.
