NOTICE OF PUBLICATION

Come now Petitioners, Jacob and Rebecca Kirby, in person and by counsel of record, and provide notice by publication to the Respondent herein. Petitioners state as follows:

  1. Petitioners are residents of Clay County, Indiana.
  2. Petitioners have filed in Clay County Circuit Court for Adoption of Minor Child.
  3. Pursuant to statute, Petitioners must attempt notification of the action to Respondent herein.
  4. Attempts to secure notice by certified mailings have been unsuccessful.
  5. Respondent, Kylee Hutt, was last known to be residing at 3 Westview Drive, Roachdale, Indiana, 46172. However, that address is no longer of use.
  6. Petitioners believe Respondent Kylee Hutt is currently living in the Rockville area, Parke County, Indiana. Petitioners further believe service of notice to Respondent is most reasonably accomplished by publication in Parke County Sentinel, a general circulation publication for the Parke County area.
  7. The matter is set for hearing on Petition for Adoption in the Clay County Circuit Court, 609 East National Avenue, Brazil, Indiana, 47834. The hearing shall commence promptly at 9:00 a.m. On June 14, 2024 Should Respondent fail to appear, the Court may proceed with hearing in her absence.
