Ridgewood Dr., Rockville, Indiana 47872, and if different, whose residential address is in the Parke County, Indiana, hereby gives notice that Paxton Rawley VanHook has filed a petition in the Parke County Circuit Court requesting that their name be changed to Paxton Rawley Williams.
