NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE

 

By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Parke County, Indiana, in Cause No. 61C01-2202-MF-46 wherein The Hometown Savings Bank f/k/a Terre Haute Savings Bank was Plaintiff, and Mary J. Williamson, US Bank National Association, Kim Williamson, and the Unknown Occupants and Tenants of 109 Park Street, Rockville, IN, were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 21st day of September, 2023, at the hour of 1:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible, at the Parke County Sheriff’s Department, 458 West Strawberry Road, Rockville, Indiana 47872, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Parke County, Indiana.

 

Lot Number One Hundred Seventeen (117) in Alden’s Addition to the Town of Rockville, Parke County, Indiana, except 77 feet off the East side.

 

Commonly known as: 109 Parke Street, Rockville, IN 47872

Parcel No. 61-11-07-203-018.100-002

 

Together with rents, issues, income, and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.

“Subject to all liens, encumbrances and easements of record not otherwise extinguished in the proceedings known as “Cause No. 61C01-2202-MF-46 in the Circuit Court of the County of Park, Indiana.”
