Legal Notice – Rockville Town Council Accepting Bids For Surplus Chevrolet Silverado C1500
NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Notice is hereby given that the Town Council of the Town of Rockville, Indiana (hereinafter referred to as “Town Council”) will receive sealed bids beginning on the first day of publication of this notice and continuing day-to-day until 4:00 p.m. on June 5, 2023 for the sale of the following surplus item:
*2007 Chevrolet Silverado C1500 VIN: 3GCEC14X27G2315. The truck is a black decommissioned automatic with 140,585 miles. Standard cab, 4.3 engine, 2WD, AC, standard cab.
Minimum bid is starting at $1,000.00. Bids may be forwarded individually by mail to the Rockville Town Hall, Attn: Clerk-Treasurer Brandy Asher, PO Box 143, Rockville, IN 47872. Hand delivery of sealed bids can be dropped off at the Town Hall located at 103 West High Street, Rockville, IN 47872 during normal business hours until 4:00 p.m. on June 5th, 2023.
All bids will be considered by the Town Council at a public meeting held on June 5, 2023, located at 103 West High Street, Rockville, IN 47872 at 5:00 p.m. on June 5, 2023. The Town Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids.

Each bid must be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the bidder and the bid opening date. The bid documents to be submitted by each bidder shall consist of the name and address of bidder, and bid amount.
The Town Council of Rockville reserves the right to ask for clarification for any bid submitted. The Town Council of Rockville reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
