NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE

By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me, directed from the Clerk of Parke Circuit Court of Parke County, Indiana, in Cause No. 61C01-2203-MF-000078, wherein Freedom Mortgage Corporation was Plaintiff, and Sherry L. Patterson and Towd Point Master Funding Trust 2020-PM5 were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree, with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 18th day of May, 2023, at the hour of 1:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 458 West Strawberry, Rockville, IN 47872, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Parke County, Indiana.
