AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 2009-741 AND ARTICLE 7, CHAPTER 2 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE TOWN OF ROCKVILLE, INDIANA

 

WHEREAS, It is the desire of the Town Council of the Town of Rockville to amend Ordinance 2009-741 and Article 7, Chapter 2 of the Municipal Code of the Town of Rockville entitled Parking Regulations by amending Ordinance 2009-741 to reflect the proper street name of Shadeland Avenue and by adding Section 9, establishing a No Parking Zone on Shadeland Avenue in the Town of Rockville.

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF ROCKVILLE, INDIANA that Ordinance 2009-741 and Article 7, Chapter 2 of the Municipal Code of the Town of Rockville entitled Parking Regulations and all amendments to said Ordinance thereto, if any, are hereby amended as follows:

 

  1. Establishing a NO PARKING ZONE on the West side of Shadeland Avenue from Elm Street to 403 Howard Avenue and the EAST side of College Street from Elm to 411 College Street between the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. while school is in session.

DULY ADOPTED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF ROCKVILLE, INDIANA THIS 20th DAY OF MARCH, 2023.
