TO THE OWNERS OF THE WITHIN DESCRIBED REAL ESTATE AND ALL INTERESTED PARTIES

 

NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE

 

By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Circuit Court of Parke County, Indiana, in Cause No. 61C01-2208-MF-000264 wherein PHH Mortgage Corporation was Plaintiff, and Dallas W. Burke were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 16 day of March, 2023, at the hour of 1:30PM or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 458 W. Strawberry Road Rockville, IN 47872, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Parke County, Indiana.

TRACT A:

 

Commencing at a point 561 feet east of the southwest corner of the Northwest Quarter of Section 8, Township 15 North, Range 6 West; thence North 173 feet; thence East 25 feet; thence South 173 feet; thence West 25 feet to the place of beginning, containing .10 acres, more or less in Parke County, Indiana.

 

TRACT B:

 

Beginning in the center of Indiana U.S. Highway #36 at a point 34 rods and 3 feet and 6 inches East of the Southwest corner of the Northwest Quarter of Section 8, Township 15 North of Range 6 West; thence North 10 rods 8 feet and 6 inches; thence West 64 feet and 10 inches; thence South 10 rods and 8 feet and 6 inches; thence East 64 feet and 10 inches to the place of beginning, in Parke County, Indiana, containing .25 acres more or less.

Thirty (30) feet of even width off the East side of the following described real estate, to-wit:

 

Commencing at a point in the center of Indiana U.S. Highway No. 36, 18 rods, 16 feet and 9 inches East of the Southwest corner of the Northwest Quarter of Section 8, Township 15 North, Range 6 West; and running thence East 11 rods, 4 feet and 5 inches; thence North 10 rods and 8 feet; thence West 9 rods, 2 feet 4 inches; thence South 8 feet; thence West 2 rods 2 feet and 1 inch; thence South 10 rods to the place of beginning, in Parke County, Indiana, containing .12 acres more or less.

Twenty-five (25) feet of even width off of the East end of the following described real estate, to-wit:

 

Commencing at a point in the center of Indiana U.S. Highway No. 36, 18 rods, 16 feet and 9 inches East of the Southwest corner of the Northwest quarter of Section 8, Township 15 North, Range 6 West; and running thence East 11 rods, 4 feet and 5 inches thence North 10 rods and 8 feet; thence West 9 rods, 2 feet and 4 inches; thence south 8 feet; thence west 2 rods 2 feet and 1 inch; thence South ten 10 rods to the place of beginning, in Parke County, Indiana.

 

EXCEPT:

 

Thirty (30) feet of even width off the East side of the above described real estate.

 

Containing .10 acres more or less.

A part of the Northwest Quarter of Section 8, Township 15 North, Range 6 West in Parke County, Indiana, being more particularly described as follows, to-wit:

 

Commencing at a point in the center of Indiana U.S. Highway No. 36, 18 rods, 16 feet and 9 inches East of the Southwest corner of the Northwest Quarter of Section 8, Township 15 North and Range 6 West; and running thence East 11 rods, 4 feet and 5 inches; thence North 10 rods and 8 feet; thence West 9 rods, 2 feet and 4 inches; thence South 8 feet; thence West 2 rods 2 feet and 1 inch; thence South 10 rods to the place of beginning.
