LEGAL NOTICE

We, Iglesia Evangelica Church, Inc., will petition the Parke County Board of Zoning Appeals for a special exception on property located in Union Township 15N, Section 35 & 36, Range 6W, Parke County, Indiana. Property address is 10995 E. Ferndale Rd., Rockville, IN 47872 and is zoned AP/AFR – agriculture productive/agriculture forest recreation. The special exception if permitted would allow for a campground. The Parke County Plan Commission will review the petition at their regularly scheduled meeting on February 23, 2023 at 5:00 p.m. at the Parke County Extension Office at 1472 N. US 41, Rockville, Indiana 47872. The Parke County Board of Zoning Appeals will then hear the petition at their regularly scheduled meeting February 23, 2023 at 5:30 p.m. at the same meeting location following the Plan Commission. A copy of the application will be kept in the Parke County Plan Commission office, Room 105, Courthouse, Rockville, Indiana for public inspection. Written objections can be filed with the Planning and Zoning Administrator. Oral objections will be heard at the hearing on February 23, 2023 and the hearing may be continued as found to be necessary.
