NOTICE TO BEGIN RENEGOTIATION FOR SCHOOL BUS ROUTES
FOR NORTH CENTRAL PARKE
COMMUNITY SCHOOL CORPORATION
North Central Parke Community School Corporation invites fleet and transportation bus contractors/drivers to renegotiate bids on bus routes for a term of two (2) years including the 2023-2024 and 2024-2025 school years. Each transportation bus contractor and/or fleet contractor must contact the North Central Parke superintendent during the week of January 23- 27 if they wish to renegotiate their contracts. If any routes remain open after the negotiation period, and for which the school corporation does not intend to fill, an additional advertisement will be published to accept new bids. In the event of new bid submissions, that due date shall be February 10, 2023.

Contracts will be recommended for award at the regularly scheduled board meeting in February.
Specifications of all routes and directions for the submission of proposals are on file and available in the office of the Superintendent of Schools. Contractors are invited to secure copies of these specifications. All proposals/bids must comply with these specifications and with
transportation laws under Indiana Code 20-27-5.
Final award of contracts will be based upon the most responsive and responsible proposal/bid or by negotiating an agreement between the Board of School Trustees and a responsible bidder.
