LEGAL NOTICE

I, Tara Crooks, will petition the Parke County Board of Zoning Appeals for a use variance on Property at 2789 S. 750 E., Rockville, IN 47872. Located in Union Township 15 N., Section 20, Range 6 W, Parke County, Indiana. The property is zoned AP-agriculture productive. The variance if approved, will allow a dog daycare and boarding facility. The Parke County Board of Zoning Appeals will review the petition at their regularly scheduled meeting on January 26, 2023, at 5:30 p.m. at the meeting room at the Purdue Extension office at 1472 N. US 41, Rockville, IN 47872. A copy of the application will be kept for public inspection in the Parke County Plan Commission Office, 116 W. High St., Room 105, Rockville, IN 47872. Written objections should be filed with the Planning and Zoning Administrator. Oral objections will be heard at the hearing on January 26, 2023, and the hearing may be continued as found to be necessary.
